1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GESTRU's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

GESTRU provides a modular CRM and management platform designed for real estate agencies, insurance brokers, condominium administrators, and large organizations. Our services include:

Client and listing management
Document storage and organization
Time tracking and productivity tools
Expense and holiday management
Building and property management features

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
Not interfere with or disrupt the service
Respect intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into GESTRU. We provide tools to export your data at any time. Upon termination of your account, we will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

6. Limitation of Liability

GESTRU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
